As a psychic medium, I have the incredible privilege of connecting with loved ones who have crossed over, but my work is also deeply connected to another amazing source of guidance and support, the angels.

Angels are beautiful beings of light here to assist us on our life journey. They are not bound by earthly limitations and they work constantly to bring us peace, healing, and clarity to life. While your deceased loved ones often have specific, personal messages for you, angels are helping to provide unconditional love and guidance for your highest good.

You have a whole team of angels, including your own Guardian Angel who has been with you since birth. You can also call upon powerful Archangels for various needs, like Michael for protection, Raphael for healing, or Gabriel for communication. They are always listening and ready to help.

The beautiful thing is that you don't have to be a psychic medium to connect with them. An open heart and a willingness to receive are all that is needed!

Keep an eye out for their signs:

• Finding a white feather in an unexpected place
• Sudden chills or goosebumps
• A beautiful, unexpected fragrance
• A feeling of peace and comfort that washes over you for no reason

These are their gentle nudges, letting you know that you are loved, supported, and never alone. Ask for their help and then trust that their guidance will come to you in the way you need it most.

When someone is scheduled for a reading, I will often experience a visitation for that reading before it actually happens. This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens enough that I will tell the client as the reading begins.

One time was particularly funny to me. I was in the shower getting ready for the day, when I hear with my psychic hearing, "I'm here and ready to go! Now don't forget to tell her..." and the spirit's voice starts naming off a list of five or six things that I was instructed to remember for the reading that would happen later.

I said, "That's fine, I'll remember. Now could you please get out of the bathroom? I'm trying to take a shower!"

He apologized and went away.

As I started the reading later that morning, I mentioned, "Oh, yes, he came through earlier, and here are the things I'm supposed to tell you right away," and I listed all that I was told to repeat to her.

This doesn't happen with every reading, but when it does, it often happens at the oddest times!

Occasionally, I get the question of whether I do online gallery readings. While I used to do those, I don't do them anymore. 

Interesting story behind that one.

I was asked to investigate a medium doing online gallery readings that were a little too precise in their accuracy. Psychic information does not come complete with house numbers and license numbers! I noticed during the online gallery that there was a framed picture behind the medium in question, and in the reflection of that picture, I could see the medium was looking up information on another screen to "help" with the readings. Yikes!

I don't want to be even remotely associated with such blatant dishonesty. 

While I certainly do online question and answer sessions, they are completely live and random, with no pre-registration or possibility of research beforehand.

It's been a while since I've posted on the blog, due to a busy travel schedule. After a few treacherous travel experiences, I'm back to a more predictable schedule for the time being.

Spirit Guides are part of our lives, whether or not we acknowledge them. They are there for us, helping us along the path of life with nudges, insights and promptings, to help us toward or highest and best in life. like angels, they really don't crave the spotlight, and are content that we pay attention when we can.

We all have a team of spirit guides, each Guide tasked with specific areas of mission and specialty. There is a Master Guide, who works with us through our entire life, and knows us very well. Then there are secondary guides and sometimes a few tertiary guides, who come in and out of our lives, helping us with specific tasks, missions and projects. (An example might be when we are trying to find our life direction at a particular time, a specific guide or guides might be assigned by Spirit to help us until that task is completed.)

Contacting our Spirit Guides is often best done through meditation. I also provide trance readings focused on contacting your Spirit Guides, which can help the process along. How you contact your guides is up to you; the key is to listen and use their guidance to help you be the highest and best version of yourself.

Readings are wonderful when you are searching for validations, answers and direction. But what about the long haul?

There are two avenues for that. One possibility is to focus on multiple readings, through purchasing a Readings Package. This helps with making more connections, dealing with follow-up readings, and having a set endpoint.

I'm going to be having an online Hypnotic Seance this Halloween night! This is something that I have done only a few times, and this year seemed like a good time to do for a wider audience.

Mind you, this is not your typical Seance. As the title suggests, this is a Seance that works though your own thoughts and intentions. Rather than meeting in a room and having a Seance in the traditional sense, this is through the agency of a light Hypnotic state. Nothing scary, nothing unsafe. No chains rattling, no chairs moving. 

This is a great chance to connect with loved ones directly. Rather than my usual work of bringing messages, you have the chance to encounter loved ones directly through this experience. You get to be the medium yourself!

Of course, this is also one of the rare times that I will not record the experience. Instead, it is a LIVE experience only. It's worth a look!

I had a wonderful time on Saturday, giving readings at the monthly Aurapalooza in the Minneapolis area! Hosted by renowned psychic medium Echo Bodine, the Aurapalooza happens every 3rd Saturday of the month, and offers a wide selection of psychics, mediums and healers.

I had a lovely time presenting an Angel & Mediumship Party in Iowa this past weekend. Although it went a bit longer than usual, the connections, validations and moments of spirit contact were worth the time.

I'm always amazed and delighted with the amount of connection and healing that takes place at home parties, which is probably why I love to present them so much!

Yikes! I went to write this article, only to discover that it's been nearly an entire MONTH since my last post! If you're following the blog, please accept my apologies.

This has been a month of many transitions. First child off to college. Transitions to new schools for two other children. And then a few more complex situations that had to be dealt with on top of that. It's been a very busy month of transitions.

So how does a psychic medium handle transitions?

Well, it's a mixed bag.

The reality is that transitions are difficult, no matter how you look at them. They are necessary, and sometimes they can be very messy. The complex network of relationships, coupled with dynamics and emotions going up and down at the drop of a hat, make transitions less than ideal.

But the reality is that transitions are important for life. When we have change, it shows that there are opportunities for growth, evolution and unfolding possibilities. While many want stability and permanence, often these are the way to a boring life, indeed sometimes deadly. Remember that the most stable and permanent are often cold, inflexible and rigid, not living and life-giving to others.

So if you're going through transitions right now, or will be soon, remember that the only way through a transition is THROUGH. If you try to go around it, or hide from it, not only does it make the experience worse; it also makes for a boring life with zero growth for you, and everyone around you doesn't receive the benefit of a new and improved you.

​Embrace transitions and grow; it's really worth it!

There seems to be a part of us that enjoys pointing out flaws, difficulties and imperfections. Much of this stems from a point in our evolution that required us to see weaknesses, either to exploit them (in the case of a battle) or to avoid them (in the case of a potentially dangerous situation). In either case, the pointing out of flaws was a matter of survival.

While this is still helpful at times, the truth is that many situations don't require such split-second evaluations for the survival of the species. Instead, it can be a matter of preferences, opinions, and changing thoughts.

Have you ever thought about gratitude for what is already around you? For what you already have?

There are so many things around you at every moment that you can be grateful for. So many things to be in awe of, delighting over. So much that can motivate you. So much that you can love.

Pay attention to the world around you. Rediscover gratitude. It will change you for the better, and you will happily discover that you are a beautiful soul!
